Return Policy You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault of Blue Lake Essentials. Damaged shipment from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship within the first 30 days but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Defects in workmanship are covered under the satisfaction guarantee noted above. For Warranty Issues Beyond Our 30 Day Return Policy, Please contact the manufacturer using the information provided with the product you received. If you do not have this information, please E-mail us and we will be happy to assist you in returning your item to the manufacturer for repair or exchange. Do not return warranty items to us.
