Return Policy We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed and returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment delivery for exchange, credit, or refund. All returns must be shipped prepaid and complete in the original shipping boxes. Products that show signs of extended customer use or abuse will not be accepted back for credit. All returns are subject to a 15% to 20% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted unless you first contact us and obtain an RMA number. What is an RMA Number. (RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization). Please fill out the RMA request form below and state the reason for your return and whether you want an exchange for the same item or a refund...No returns / exchanges / refunds can be made if you do not have the original box; the product must be in original factory condition and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault of Blue Lake Essentials. Damaged shipment from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship within the first 30 days but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
